In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to adverse weather, safety concerns, or public health directives), the event may be postponed, relocated, or cancelled.

Volunteer Registration

Donations
Donations made to Praise in the Park are made to Churches Together in Luton. All donations are voluntary and are used to support the running of the event, including but not limited to stage and sound equipment, community outreach, safety provisions, and event logistics.
When making a bank transfer donation, please use the reference “PITP Donation” followed by your name so we can acknowledge your contribution. Donations are not refundable unless made in error, in which case please contact us promptly.
Churches Together in Luton is not a registered charity, and donations may not be eligible for Gift Aid. Please consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of your donation.
Event Attendance & Conduct
By attending Praise in the Park, you agree to the following:
- You will comply with all reasonable instructions from event staff, stewards, and security personnel.
- You will behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other attendees, volunteers, and staff.
- Alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited at the event.
- Smoking is not permitted within the event boundary area.
- The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any individual to leave if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or unsafe.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- You attend the event at your own risk. Whilst we take all reasonable precautions regarding health and safety, Churches Together in Luton cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our negligence.
Photography & Filming
Photographs and video recordings may be taken at Praise in the Park for promotional, social media, and archival purposes. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and for such images to be used by Churches Together in Luton in connection with the event.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of the event team, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Photographs of children will only be used with appropriate consent from a parent or guardian where the child is clearly identifiable.
Attendees are welcome to take photographs and videos for personal use. We ask that you are considerate of others and do not photograph children who are not in your care without the consent of their parent or guardian.
